A Nashville chef’s discrimination and retaliation lawsuit against the Gulch restaurant Virago and its parent company has been resolved, according to federal court records. Jessica Benefield filed the lawsuit in 2013 against restaurant Virago, CEO Chris Hyndman and M Street Entertainment Group.
