Fulton County Police spokeswoman Maureen Smith says one person was selling a phone in the 400 blk of Fairburn Rd. in the City of Atlanta when they received a report that the victim was driving from that location to a Wells Fargo bank at 1120 Fairburn Rd. Atlanta in the Fulton County police jurisdiction. Smith says the investigation is active and continuing but it seems that the victim was forced to the bank where the victim withdrew money form the bank against his or her will.
