Janice Dickinson isn’t letting up on Bill Cosby.

At a court hearing Monday, a lawyer for the former supermodel said Dickinson is determined to pursue her defamation lawsuit against the comedian, despite legal delays.

“Janice is really adamant she wants to try this case,” lawyer Jivaka Candappa told the Daily News.

Dickinson, 61, filed the suit against Cosby in Los Angeles County Superior Court in May 2015, claiming he drugged and raped her in 1982 and then branded her a liar in November 2014 when she went public with the allegations.

“This is the only way she can hold him accountable,” Candappa said Monday, referring to the defamation complaint. “She’s really upset not only that he did this but that he had the audacity to call her a liar.”

Candappa and lawyers for both Cosby and his former civil attorney Martin Singer agreed at the Monday hearing to postpone a status conference in the case until April 27.

They said the time was needed to resolve their pending appeals.

Dickinson’s side is appealing a ruling that struck an amended complaint and dropped Singer as a co-defendant. Cosby’s camp wants the appellate court to strike the whole case, arguing any statement blasting Dickinson’s credibility should be considered free speech.

Opening briefs are due Dec. 20 in the appeals court.

Dickinson’s original complaint was based on sworn statements from New York editor Judith Regan and ghostwriter Pablo Fenjves that claimed Dickinson “argued vehemently” but ultimately failed to include her drugging and rape allegations in her 2002 autobiography.

Dickinson’s claim would have been the first allegation of its kind against the comedian back in 2002, and “Harper Collins’ legal department would not permit it,” the lawsuit stated.

Dickinson has claimed Cosby attacked her in Lake Tahoe after she met him to discuss a role on “The Cosby Show.”

The “America’s Next Top Model” judge said Cosby pounced after knocking her out with a pill she thought was medication for menstrual cramps.

Singer dismissed her account as “false and outlandish” and a “fabricated lie,” pointing to her 2002 book as proof.
