A sudden acceleration from a speed of about 6 miles per hour resulted to a devastating crash into the owner’s living room and caused him to file a Tesla lawsuit for the unexpected accident. The car in question is a futuristic looking Falcon Door SUV that the owner, and plaintiff, Ji Chang Son claimed to have crashed through the garage and straight into the living room.
