Kanye West scored a legal victory against the insurer behind his short-lived “Saint Pablo” tour, which the rapper canceled following a mental breakdown. Lloyd’s of London finally agreed to pay the majority of West’s policy, according to TMZ. The company initially refused to pay up because they believed the star’s breakdown was brought upon by alleged marijuana use.
