Seven People Opt Out of Proposed $2.375M Diluted Chemo Settlement

Only seven people have opted out of a proposed $2.375-million settlement in a class-action lawsuit involving diluted chemotherapy treatment. Wednesday was the deadline for more than 1,200 patients named in the class action to opt out of the proposed settlement. Lawyer Harvey Strosberg of Stutts Strosberg LLP, the co-counsel in the lawsuit, says the majority of the patients are unopposed.
