Illinois (WIBQ) – A group of social service providers and businesses are trying new legal maneuvers in a bid to get overdue state funds. The Pay Now Illinois coalition paid a visit to St. Clair County Court in Belleville to file another lawsuit against the state. They previously filed a similar lawsuit in Cook County.
