Back Pay Lawsuit Against Lincare, Alpha Will ‘Proceed on a Class-Wide Basis’

A federal court has ruled that a lawsuit filed on behalf of non-exempt hourly employees working in California for Alpha Respiratory Inc. and Lincare Inc. should be able to proceed as a class action.
