Class-Action Lawsuit Filed Against Career Point College

The fallout continues for Career Point College. A class-action lawsuit has been filed by attorney Aric Garza on behalf of 52 former students for damages exceeding $1 million. According to an email obtained from one of the plaintiffs, Judge Karen Pozza granted a temporary restraining order, prohibiting Career Point from destroying any student information.
