Honeymooner Strip Searched, Mocked at NJ Mall

A new lawsuit accuses New Jersey police officers of unjustly strip searching a honeymooning man at a mall and mocking his genitals. The unidentified 38-year-old man filed a discrimination lawsuit in Bergen County Superior Court on Wednesday. The lawsuit says security at the Westfield Garden State Plaza mall stopped the man in November 2015 after he was accused of shoplifting.
