A sudden acceleration from a speed of about 6 miles per hour resulted to a devastating crash into the owner’s living room and caused him to file a Tesla lawsuit for the unexpected accident. The car in question is a futuristic looking Falcon Door SUV that the owner, and plaintiff, Ji Chang Son claimed to have crashed through the garage and straight into the living room. He also stated that the accident allegedly resulted to injuries in both himself and his son who was the passenger at the time.
