Archie and Angela Hudson filed their lawsuit last year against Wells Fargo, A federal judge ruled last week the case against Wells Fargo has to go to arbitration because of an agreement the couple signed, but U.S. District Judge Daniel Jordan refused Wells Fargo’s motion to dismiss the case.
