A federal jury in Seattle has ordered Zillow to pay $8.3 million after finding the Seattle company infringed on copyrights of VHT Inc. on its Zillow Digs website.

The suit was filed in 2015 in federal district court in Seattle, and the jury verdict was delivered Thursday, Zillow said in a regulatory filing Friday.

The company said it will ask the court to reverse some portions of the verdict and will seek a new trial on others. It noted that in December the court dismissed VHT’s claims alleging copyright infringements on Zillow’s real estate listings site.

Earlier this week Zillow reported a net loss of $220.4 million for 2016, stemming in part from a $130 million settlement in June over a lawsuit alleging that two executives it hired from rival Move stole trade secrets.
