Another major non-profit agency has opted-out of a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit filed against the City of Windsor and Town of Tecumseh.
Officials with Brentwood Recovery Home made the decision Tuesday night.
Both municipalities launched a campaign urging charities to opt out of the lawsuit, one the city says will cost tax payers an estimated $70-million.
Officials from Brentwood say board members gathered last night to discuss their future involvement.
In a unanimous vote, the board chose to opt out.
