A King County family has now filed a lawsuit against the makers of a tainted SoyNut Butter, after their young daughter became sick with E. coli. Food safety attorney Bill Marler said the girl suffered a potentially life-threatening complication from an E. coli infection linked to I.M. Healthy brand SoyNut Butter.
