Underage Daughter Slammed Kid With Her Golf Cart

The underage daughter of a famed Hamptons winemaker slammed into the young son of a Manhattan perfume purveyor with her golf cart while rolling through her family vineyard, a lawsuit claims.

Marc Wolffer, who co-owns the Wolffer Estate Vineyard with his sister, Joey, allegedly let his daughter get behind the wheel of the cart one night last summer, according to court papers

Manhattanite Wendy Berger was at Wolffer Estate one Friday evening with her young son, Rex, when the golf cart came out of the blue and struck the boy, she claims in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit against Wolffer.

The child was seriously hurt, although the injuries are not detailed and Berger declined to comment.

Berger runs Pour le Monde, a perfume company peddling all-natural scents for up to $95 a bottle.
