Yahoo Hack Attack Lawsuits Starting to Pile Up

SAN FRANCISCO — Yahoo’s humongous hack attack is far from over, y’all. It now has folks screaming — “Show me the money!!”

Yep, the first lawsuits are rolling in from pissed off users after Yahoo announced 500 million accounts were breached. Talk about kicking a man when he’s down.

Well, maybe for good reason. Turns out, the hack actually happened two years ago, and Yahoo just recently sent out the alert for folks to change their passwords.

All that foot-dragging could cost the company millions, if not billions. Along with the class-action lawsuit, this hack could even derail Verizon’s $4.8 billion deal to buy Yahoo.

Dang, mo’ money, mo’ problems.
